School of Hard Knocks is delighted to announce the next SOHK Cymru course will be delivered in Blaenau Gwent!  

We teach a framework of positive values and behaviours to equip people for the workplace and for life more generally. The unique SOHK psychology helps adults and young people overcome the barriers that stand in their way.

The course is scheduled to start 2^nd July 2019 based at Ebbw Vale Rugby Club 

This will be a male only course and the only eligibility criteria is that participants on our courses are 18 or over and unemployed.
