The SOHK girls, Priscila, Kat and Ruth, have decided to run their first ever half marathon to raise funds for their favourite charity!

School of Hard Knocks uses sport to help empower the lives of disadvantaged children and vulnerable adults across the UK. Fostering a unique approach of high impact sport, like rugby and boxing, along with a curriculum of powerful life lessons, we help people realise their potential and see dramatic improvements in their physical and mental well being.

For each pound donated to SOHK, at least 87 pence is spent directly on front line work, which includes 1:1 mentoring sessions with qualified behavioural coaches, a hot lunch for participants and necessary equipment.

Usually Kat and Ruth are working behind the scenes at SOHK HQ and Priscilla is on the front line running fitness sessions, but now they're joining forces to run the Hackney Half on May 19th!

They all feel a very special connection with SOHK and are passionate about creating equal opportunities for everyone.

Please donate generously to this fantastic cause!

Also...if you would like to track their training progress you can connect with each of them on Strava or follow @SOHKcharity on Instagram, Facebook and Twitter!

Thank you for your support!
