Victoria Griffin (Treasurer)

Victoria is a qualified Chartered Accountant and currently works as a financial reporting analyst for The Ambassador Theatre Group. She is a keen rugby fan and has been supporter of SOHK for number of years.

Deborah Griffin OBE (Chair)

Deborah is one of the great influencers behind the amazing growth in women’s rugby in England having been a founding member of the WRFU and Chair of the first Women’s World Cup.She sits on the Board of Directors of the RFU and the World Rugby Council. She is also a chartered accountant and is currently the Bursar at Homerton College, Cambridge University.

Jon Teckman

Jon’s career history includes CEO of the BFI, Treasurer of the BBFC, faculty member of the Ashridge Business School and member of BAFTA. He has also previously served as Chief Executive of a national education charity.

James Cameron

James is a senior partner at Milbank with over 20 years’ experience of banking and corporate law.  A former player at Havant, Rosslyn Park and Harlequins, he brings an excellent rugby and business network.  His firm, Milbank, provides SOHK with pro bono legal advice and is also heavily involved with SOHK in providing mentoring, interview and CV training, participation in jobs fairs and hosting various SOHK events.

Pauline Broomfield CBE

Pauline Broomhead CBE

Pauline is the CEO of the FSI  - Foundation For Social Improvement and brings huge third sector experience to our board of trustees. She is passionate about developing small charities and enabling them to fulfil their potential. Pauline believes that charities play a significant role in changing the world; that they are the "glue that holds society together".

Mike Francis

Mike Francis

Mike is Co-Head of Investment Banking at Investec, having previously worked at Ernst and Young as a Chartered Accountant as well as Barclays and ANZ Investment bank. He was one of the driving forces behind what has now become our main annual fundraiser. Out of work, Mike is an avid sports fan – especially of Liverpool FC.

Yasmine Hafiz

Yasmine was seconded to SOHK HQ back in 2017 for six months as part of her training on the Civil Service fast stream. Her formal role during that time was to support our marketing and finance, but her strategic abilities were brought to bear on many areas of our work. Yasmine has since worked for various government departments and is currently Chief Events Lead at Number 10. Yasmine is a skilled policy and strategic communications advisor with wide-ranging experience in the public, private and third sectors, but above all she is passionate about seeing positive change brought about. She will be well placed to help us navigate the public sector and establish strategic relationships as our reach and reputation grows.

Robert McKillop

Robert (Bob) has been a key volunteer and supporter of SOHK’s Scottish team since its early days. He has worked in financial services in Scotland for over 25 years and is currently ‘Global Head of Product & Client Solutions’ at Standard Life Aberdeen. Bob has a strong background in rugby including a four-year spell as a coach with Scotland’s U19/U20 squads. There is a lot of potential in Scotland for the charity to build ever stronger links within the business community, especially coming into our 10th anniversary year. Through his extensive network and experience, Bob will play a key role in supporting Rosa to this end.
