SOHK is launching in Portsmouth in September 2022!

We are initially starting work with a school in Gosport and require a team of 3 new staff to work in this school one day a week, for the whole academic year. This will be on a freelance basis for the first year, with a view to growing the amount of schools we are in to 3 in year 2 of the project and up to 5 in year 3 of the project and moving successful staff onto a contract basis, if desired.

The three new roles mirror the existing roles we have in our other national teams. They are:

• A Senior Facilitator - to lead the rugby elements and co-facilitate the group workshops and one-to-one mentoring
• A Behaviour Specialist - to lead on the mentoring and wellbeing elements of the programme
• A Facilitator - to co-deliver the rugby element and help the general running of the programme
