Who We Are Leadership team Torran Macdougall - Director of Programmes Torran has a degree in sports coaching and development and is also a RFU Level 3 coach with a background in rugby coaching across a variety of levels and ages. This experience over the last 12 years has given him a well-rounded understanding of the game and how its values can impact others. Torran became involved with SOHK as a freelance coach in 2015 with the launch of the London Schools programme, and has made a huge impact on the charity ever since. In his previous role as National Schools Manager, he oversaw SOHK's school programmes across the UK, working with over 1,000 young people per week. As Director of Programmes, he takes charge of the charity's strategy development and delivery, with ambitious plans to grow its presence in the UK so it can reach and support more young people. Torran continues to play and coach at his local rugby club Hertford RFC.
