• £10 funds an hour's sports coaching for a vulnerable child
• £25 pays for an hour's mentoring to support an unemployed adult
• £50 pays for a month of weekly rugby coaching and mentoring for a pupil at risk of exclusion
• £100 funds an expert behavioural specialist to visit a school for a day
