School of Hard Knocks will help you to set goals, define your values and map your pathway to success - whatever success looks like to you. We use a combination of physical activity, group sessions and one-to-one support to do this. Expect to make new friends, develop a positive mindset and learn valuable coping strategies - oh and lunch is provided too!
