Damian James - Programmes Director, Cymru

Damian joined the charity as an experienced leader within the Sport for Development Sector having held positions at Trustee and CEO level. Most recently Damian managed outdoor and surf therapy programmes for a large local authority and has worked across the health, education, and third sector implementing sport based interventions. He currently coaches his children’s mini rugby side and dreams of coming out of retirement.
