Adult Course Outcomes

243 adult participants took part in an SOHK Adult Programme in 2022

• 195 completed the programme
• 57 went into employment
• 21 into education
• 24 into further structured training

• 78% said they'd improved their physical health
• 100% of respondents improved their wellbeing

1149 schools participants completed the Schools Programme in 2022

• 53% improved their confidence, control, communication and commitment
