School of Hard Knocks' 'End of Dry January' Lunch has now earned its place as a permanent fixture on the charity's calendar after an overwhelming success of the event last week, marking it as the most successful fundraiser to date.

Fundraiser Auction Prizes

We were delighted to have a fantastic turn out at our annual fundraiser for End of Dry January, where some of the biggest names in British rugby came to down to support School of Hard Knocks. Sporting legends in attendance included Amy Wilson-Hardy, Andy Gomarsall, Jason Leonard, Ben Hinshelwood, Kenny Logan, Gareth Edwards, Claire Purdy and Rob Henderson - just to name a few!

Of course, it would not have been the success it was had it not been for our beloved host, Martin Bayfield!

Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of individual pledges and (slightly competitive) auction buyers, we managed to raise a whopping £119,872!

This life-changing amount raised will fund places for 200 vulnerable children, currently at risk of school exclusion, to receive weekly rugby coaching and mentoring on our SOHK for Schools programme.

End of Dry January Highlights

A special thanks to our close friends at M restaurant, who hosted an incredible event and delivered exceptional food and service as always.
