SOHK hosts Lesotho Rugby Academy coaches

School of Hard Knocks was delighted to host coaches from the Lesotho Rugby Academy at our SOHK for Schools programmes in London this week.  The coaches joined our cohorts at Royal Docks and Bacons College to see SOHK's unique methodology first hand.

They also spoke powerfully to our boys and girls about the relative privileges of living in London compared to Lesotho.  In one of the world's poorest countries, some children walk 8 miles each day to get to school and then take the Government-funded lunch home with them to split it amongst their family members.

Torran Macdougall, Schools Manager, said "Litsitso, Fetang and Coach Roy were inspirational visitors to SOHK for Schools. We felt we learned as much from them as they did from us. The work they are doing in Africa is incredible and we hope they can take much of what they have seen with us and apply it at home."
