The Not A Red Card Awards celebrate organisations and individuals that have developed and implemented best practices around addressing mental health in the workplace. At School of Hard Knocks we firmly believe that creating a positive workplace culture that engenders a sense of community is absolutely vital.

We believe that a workplace that promotes and supports good mental health helps staff not only personally, but also professionally; when people are mentally healthy they are able to carry out their work to the very best of their ability. This is why we have a variety of resources readily available to our workforce, why we made wellbeing the theme of this year’s Annual Staff Training and why all of our staff are generally just lovely people! 

We are delighted to have been recognised by Legal and General for our efforts and look forward to seeing what more we can do to address mental health both in and out of the workplace.
